Default Applications Accepted Until Nov. 20 for Teaching Artist Training Institute 2018

Applications Now being accepted

The Teaching Artist Training Institute (TATI) provides free training and arts education best practices for individuals interested in working with students on the autism spectrum. Through observational visits and professional development seminars, TATI participants learn the fundamentals of autism, pathways of communication and the therapeutic value of the arts. Only 20 applicants are selected each year to participate in this intensive training.

Hear what some of last year's graduates are saying;

The TATI program has been a life changing experience for myself on many levels - as an administrator, educator and as a parent.

TATI has opened my eyes to a world of opportunity; a world where the arts are used as a functional coping skill for all children.

The TATI program is incredibly effective in providing educators with sequential professional development in the pedagogy (theory and practice) of teaching the arts to children on the autism spectrum.
